Our 12-Night Grand Italia River Cruise
Starts out in Milan, Italy where we arrived mid day at our hotel "Albergo Terminus" located in Como CO, Italy on behalf of the Uniworld Boutique River Cruise organization. Was built in 1900 on the lakefront drive called the Lungo Lario di Levante, now the Lungo Lario Trieste. Over the years, this hotel, with its timeless elegance, has continued to tell its story, preserving the classic character and discreet luxury that distinguish it.
Later traveling to Venice, Italy to board the beautiful S.S. Venezia.
Lake Como & Bellagio
See Venice in a day on this convenient tour from Milan. A tour of Venice's important landmarks, such as St. Mark's Square, the Rialto Bridge, and the Bridge of Sighs. Our two-night pre-trip in Lake Como started with an exploration of the coast cruising up to the spot where the lake's three branches intersected and disembarked to visit the town of Tremezzo. Nearby was the amazing Villa Carlotta with its spectacular lakefront gardens.
We also visited Bellagio, a stunning town known for its breathtaking position as the Y-intersection of the lake.
